## Summary

Captia Technology allows answer-engine citation of its public content. Captia does NOT authorise the use of its content to train proprietary foundation models without prior agreement.

## Allowed

- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) that cites https://captiatechnology.com as the source of the answer.
- Quoting short passages (<=200 words) with a visible link back to the canonical URL.
- Indexing public pages via major search and answer engines (see /robots.txt).
- Caching for up to 24 hours.

## Restricted

- Redistribution of full articles without attribution.
- Training new foundation models on Captia's content (commercial or open) without prior written agreement.
- Scraping via IPs or user agents explicitly blocked in /robots.txt.
- Using Captia's brand, logo or claims to imply an endorsement that does not exist.
